
Here are a few exercises to help you lose cellulite on your thighs and love handles. These are targeted exercises designed for getting rid of cellulite. First Exercise:

Second Exercise:
On your elbows and knees, extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up and down very slowly. Switch legs.
